Tonight’s 730 ACT – a mixed bag for Katy Gallagher

On tonight’s 730 ACT the highs and lows of being the boss in the ACT. Jeremy Thompson looks at the Canberra Hospital data scandal, and asks why, under the Westminster system, Katy Gallagher shouldn’t resign. Certainly opposition health spokesman Jeremy Hanson makes it clear the Chief Minister should fall on her sword.
Bouquets tonight though for Ms Gallagher for signing the ACT up for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. On tonight’s show we hear from a very appreciative carer.
We also meet a local girl heading to the UK for the World Endurance Games. She and her horse face not only the challenge of a grueling event but also an enormous expense.
And we finish tonight with an update on attempts to return endangered corroboree frogs to the wild.
All on ABC1 from 730 tonight.
